A Training Program: The Modified Hepburn Method

This workout is a modification of the training system used by old-time Canadian strongman athlete Doug Hepburn.
 
It's an advanced training system designed to increase strength gains. It is very taxing to the central nervous system.
 
It is to be done for a total of 4 to 6 workouts per body part maximum on a 2-on-1-off-1-on-1-off training split.
